New Day for Children works to restore the stolen childhoods of young American girls , ages 10-18, recovered from the despair of child sex trafficking. New Day assists in providing loving family environments, safe housing, school, medical and mental health care, horse therapy and more. Working with law enforcement, other faith based community organizations and families , New Day comes alongside parents and guardians to make it possible for these young victims to receive the support they need.
Since 2009, New Day for Children has helped parents, from California and throughout the U.S., provide a safe and secure living environment for their children until they are healthy and prepared to resume their family life. The children are enrolled in fully accredited schools with their curriculum adapted to their individual academic level and life goals.
New Day understands that solutions must outweigh challenges. Each child has her own unique story, and the support she receives is tailored to her individual needs.
New Day for Children, alongside collaborating organizations, serves girls from a wide variety of backgrounds and life experiences. Many of the girls celebrate reaching goals, both academic and personal, such as high school graduation, entering college, the workplace, or life skills development programs.
There is high demand for the support New Day provides, as families of young trafficking victims are most often left to fend for themselves. Ensuring the success and hope of these children is dependent upon supporters like you.
