Q: Tell us a bit about yourself and your career path so far.
A: As a data scientist, I've been consulting with large organizations for the last 20 years to help them leverage customer behavior to drive marketing efforts. As a spiritual seeker, I started doing research on the importance of compassion and caring in the workplace. I found that a culture of love - defined as compassion and caring - leads to higher profits. So my current work is helping organizational leaders create their own cultures that nurture the human spirit.
