Q: Tell us a bit about yourself and your career path so far.
A: I have been a business and leadership coach for more than 30 years. I help business owners identify the missing pieces for business success and collaboratively build them. I moved to the Santa Cruz, CA area with my 2 horses to offer leadership & team building retreats to businesses in Silicon Valley and the Central Coast region of California. Well being has to be the foundation of any business for it to be successful. The horses are amazing teachers of well being and offer a style of leadership based on invitation and allowing versus control and force. When I learned what the horses offer in the realm of leadership, I knew it would be a powerful addition to my business and went about getting certified in Equine Experiential Learning (EFL). I have been offering leadership and team building retreats with the horses for the past 10 years.
